DUST – Official Music Video featuring Chris Dando

On 3 November, we are premiering the music video for Dust, one of the songs from

Häven's forthcoming album, Where Angels Fear To Tread. This is a particularly special

release for me, as the song is a duet with British singer Chris Dando, who also appears

in the video alongside Tommy Denander and myself.

I'm happy with how the video has turned out, and I thought this would be a lovely

opportunity to tell you a little more about the song and the story behind our

collaboration.

I first met Chris back in 2024, during our Kiss in a Dragon Night tour in England and

Spain, when my band and I were opening for Kingdom of Madness, with Chris as their

lead vocalist. We had the chance to get to know each other while sharing the stage

during that tour, and it was a real pleasure to work with him again on Dust.

Chris is an exceptionally talented musician, and I absolutely love what we created

together. His voice brings something very special to the song, and I'm delighted that this

collaboration has become part of Häven's first album.

Dust is also a song with a message that I find particularly meaningful. It's about those

moments in life when everything around us seems uncertain or chaotic, and the

importance of allowing things to settle before making decisions. Sometimes we need a

little distance to see things clearly, trust our instincts and find the courage to stand by

what we believe in.

Creating the music video has been another wonderful part of this experience. Having

Chris and Tommy involved makes it even more special, and I'm delighted that we can

now share not only the song, but also its visual interpretation.

The video premieres today on 3 November 2026, just ten days before the release of

Where Angels Fear To Tread on 13 November.

I really hope you'll enjoy watching it as much as we've enjoyed bringing it to life. Gabrielle De Val
