Six Stories, One Sound: Introducing Häven!
While writing and recording songs for ‘Revolution’, Gabrielle’s next solo album, it soon became apparent to Bruce Mee that some of these songs were coming out heavier than the AOR/Melodic Rock that we had previously been doing, especially those that we wrote together with Tommy Denander: there were Symphonic Rock songs, Power Metals songs and even just straight up Heavy Metal.

From Guest to Winner: My Rockferendum Story
On 12 December 2025, I had the immense good fortune to be invited to the MariskalRock and La Heavy awards ceremony, one of those events that any Rock lover marks in red on the calendar. I attended as a guest and was delighted to have the opportunity to collect the award for Aurora Beltrán as Best Female Vocalist 2024–25, as she was unable to be there in person. It was a truly special moment.

Darkness Takes The Throne!
When we set up the inaugural Tower of Fire festival in 2024, it had always been planned to have Gabrielle De Val doing an acoustic set with her band to open.
Late in the day, Escape Music signed Remedy to release their sophomore release ‘Pleasure Beats The Pain’ and it was decided to add the Swedish rockers to the bill for their first ever UK show.
